NIJ Standard - 0108.01 Bullet Resistant Protective Materials
Our service complies with the stringent ballistic standards of the NIJ-0108.01 in the United States, which include levels IIA, II, IIIA, III, and IV. Similar to the European standard, this classification uses Roman numerals and has a specific critical caliber for each level.
European Ballistic Standards
At AP Armor, we adhere to the strict ballistic certification standards of the European Union. These standards, set by the European Committee for Standardization as EN 1063/1522/1523, define seven levels of protection (BR1 to BR7 or B1 to B7) for armored vehicles for civilian use.
